STATEMENT OF RATIONALE FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE

Southwest Texas Junior College (SWTJC) makes current academic calendars, grading policies, and refund policies available to students and the public through the catalog.  The current academic calendar is also available on the website.  SWTJC requires that individual class syllabi contain information about assessment and grading policies for each course.  The refund policy is also published each semester and is distributed to students via the registration guide.  Title IV return of funds regulations is made available to students in the catalog.

The catalog, Student Handbook, and registration guide are available both in print and online.  Printed publications are available at any Student Services office.  The publications are also available for new students during our New Student Orientation.
